To make sure that your visit is everything you could wish for, we have some important information regarding your booking



To make a booking go to the contact section and we will email you to discuss your appointment.

Once we have scheduled your appointment you will receive an email confirming your booking and you will be asked to fill in an online consultation form and to pay a 50% deposit.


Appointments will be held for 24 hours, after this time. If you do not pay your deposit we will assume that you know longer wish this appointment and your appointment will be cancelled.


Deposits are non refundable but if you need to reschedule you must give us 24 hours notice . If you fail to show up for your appointment, we may refuse you if you wish to book again or you may be asked to pay for treatment in full.


Please ensure that you arrive at the correct location for your booking.


Please come clean and wearing comfortable clothes.

If you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment this will allow plenty of time for any consultation, questions and for your relaxation to start.

If you arrive late, time will be deducted from your appointment but you will still be charged the full amount. if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
